17 lbs
Well folks I am at 17lbs of weightloss. I must admit it feels good. Jeff and Boone are noticing it. Jeff alot, lol but I wont go there. Overall I am really happy with the diet. We will just how well it is when the holidays come around....oooooh turkey!
