I need to do something about this diet or I am gonna gain back all the weight that I lost. I am getting so frustrated. I am eating stuff that I should not be eating and it is driving me crazy. Suddenly it is so hard for me to just follow the diet. Somedays I want to then some says I just don't care. It is just frustrating. I dont want to disappoint my family by failing at this, but I need some help.
