Well I am back at it again.... me

This time around I am going to stick to it. I need to get healthier for my family and for my sake. I am on weight watchers. I tell you points is hard to stick to, because some days food is just to good. I also eat when I am really emotional. And right now I feel like I am going through hell. But I am determined to work through this.

Goals

So today I am starting my diet...again.

I am gonna try to start off with little goals, ones that I know that I should be able to do. Like drink more water, go to bed earlier and get up a little bit earlier. Long term goals will be to lose 100 lbs in one year, gain some muscle for the highland games, and attend bootcamp regularly. I am also going to attempt to keep and updated journal. I think this might help in the process.

I have kinda given up on Jeff helping me with this. I love him dearly, but I don't think he sees the benefit in him and I working together at it. I can't do this alone and I need to know I have his support. I don't understand why he will support me in possibly getting surgery, but I cant get him to diet with me. It drives me crazy. Oh well. Wish me luck!

In my latest post I wanted to create a schedule for my weekly health routine. I invite anyone to do it or attempt one. It doesn't even have to be a specific schedule with specific content, maybe just an outline of things you want to achieve during a 7 day week. Heck throw some creativity into it, might motivate you more.

Julie and I still around, though Julie is Ms. Slacker extreme, teehee. I am gonna try to get a new layout up here soon as well as some other things, so stick around!!
