So the name is Julie.
Firstly I'd like to state that I've never been a 'thin' girl and I've never been quite a 'tall' girl either. Quite honestly I've gone through my childhood and adolescence quite a healthy person. Healthy as in not under or over-weight. Up until I've moved back to my family's home town I have had some serious weight issues. I thought I had control of them but just like many humans I faltered, sometimes in the worse way too. I gained a whole lot of weight and have also lost a whole lot of weight in short amounts of time. Both events happening closely together as well and also drug related (diet pills BAD). This did not do well to my health at all. I've noticed I get sick quite easily and suffer chronic tiredness alarmingly often. The doctors haven't formally told me that my irratic eating and lack of exercise have been the causes of this, but I believe it's probably connected in a large way. So I know I have some health issues that I have to deal with and to provide unharmful stratergies in order to solve them. Hopefully keeping this health journal at "Drop It" will chronical my struggles and my triumphs so when I get into a tight spot with things down the track I can look back and know how far I've come.
