Hullo, I am Jaaam. I've wanted to tone up and be happy with my body for years, as it all started to go wrong come the development of my teenage 'curves.' I always get motivated, start well and then it all falls apart when I don't see results in the first week. However now I really want to be fit and healthy by the time I get back to university in mid-September, as my flat mate and I want to throw ourselves into some sports teams, and I don't want this to kill me dead. I don't want to miraculously drop loads of dress sizes, I just want to be healthy, happy, and to feel comfortable in my own clothes. I shouldn't have the energy of an 80 year old at 20.

  • Height: 5ft 9in(ish)
  • Weight: About 12 and a half stone (uck)
  • Age: 20

Weightloss Goals for September 2008

  • Lose a few inches on my belly

Weight loss Goals by Christmas 2008

  • Lose 10lbs

(Don't want to set my goals too high just yet as I'm planning on building up muscles baby ;) )

I might even take some before and after pics to spur me on when I'm feeling brave.
