<p>This time around I am going to stick to it. I need to get healthier for my family and for my sake. I am on weight watchers. I tell you points is hard to stick to, because some days food is just to good. I also eat when I am really emotional. And right now I feel like I am going through hell.             <title>working on my goals</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>I have to be proud of myself so far. I have been sticking to some sort of diet, I joined a gym, and my scores for the highland games have been getting better. I am hoping to drop quite a bit of weight before Julie's wedding. wish me luck!</p>]]></description>

            <title>H20 = Berry Goot 4 U</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>One of my main goal activities is <strong>DRINK MORE WATER</strong>. After taking those diet pills a long time ago I noticed I don't drink as much water as I used to. Which is bad because when I was on them I needed to drink more water as what the doctor had instructed. Instead I focused on other things like making sure I kept busy and didn't care much for food, which included drinking too (diet pills made me sooo not hungry ever!) After a while I got very sick and when I recovered I was told that I had to drink lots of water. I don't think I drink enough water which is my current issue so if I can maintain the intake of h20 (and less juice and sugary stuff) I think I'd be on the right path.</p>]]></description>

            <title>The Weight of Things</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>So apparently because of my height, my ideal weight would be 42KG. I told Luke (my partner) that and his response was: "Fuck, if you were that light I could throw you around alright..." And the cheeky side of me kind of likes that thought. At least it's an aim right. It's a bit of a drastic aim but at least if I get close enough I would feel pretty good about it and it's not that hard if I focus and keep busy.</p>

<p>Luke is trying to lose weight as well. He's not eating as much during the day and switching to a low in carb beer, plus drinking beer less. Good for him. Whether I can get him walking with me every afternoon is another subject altogether. Not that I am walking every afternoon either. I should. I really should.</p>

<p>I should attempt to draw up another health schedule. Last time I did things were good, at least I organised my time pretty well and everytime I missed out on doing whatever activity the schedule instructed I could still pick up where I had left off without drama. I could also switch things around. So yeah that should be my next project. New timetable. It would have to be a new one because my time isn't really my own anymore, well it's shared so, yeah...</p>

            <title>On a mission...again</title>

            <title>Well I am trying...</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>Though the 5 cookies I ate today is not helping. I am really going to have to keep a food journal again, though it is hard to maintain one when you can barely afford the right kinda food to eat. I have yet to attend bootcamp. I have scaled back my goal to at least try to attend twice a week, I think if I had some one to go with me that I might do a little better at attending (or if it was at night it would be frigging awesome). I may have to look for a class at night and have the girls cook for themselves one maybe two nights a week. We will see. I will start posting my food intake on here so that I have a journal of it. (We will see how that will work out.)</p>

            <title>Goals</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>So today I am starting my diet...again.</p>

<p>I am gonna try to start off with little goals, ones that I know that I should be able to do. Like drink more water, go to bed earlier and get up a little bit earlier. Long term goals will be to lose 100 lbs in one year, gain some muscle for the highland games, and attend bootcamp regularly. I am also going to attempt to keep and updated journal. I think this might help in the process. </p>

<p>I have kinda given up on Jeff helping me with this. I love him dearly, but I don't think he sees the benefit in him and I working together at it. I can't do this alone and I need to know I have his support. I don't understand why he will support me in possibly getting surgery, but I cant get him to diet with me. It drives me crazy. Oh well.             <title>New Layout + Nori</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p>With the event of gaining a new blogger addition, Kitty and I have created a new layout to welcome our new "drop it" recruit, Nori.</p>

<p>And yes, you're eyes are not deceiving you, the header image is of three "naked" women. Not naked so much that they lack certain body aspects where obvious, but I guess the imagination could definitely take you away if you let it (pervert). </p>

<p>The new layout is mainly symbolizing "the body and it's renewal of health and vitality" and hopefully encouraging the people of this blog to aspire to be healthier people, living healthier lives. What more can one hope for?</p>]]></description>
